1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using PokéPrice ("the platform") at pokeprice.gg, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. What PokéPrice is

PokéPrice is a price comparison and information tool for Pokémon Trading Card Game (TCG) cards. We aggregate publicly available price data to help users research card values. We are not a marketplace — we do not sell cards, process payments, or facilitate transactions.

3. Price data accuracy

Prices on PokéPrice are sourced from multiple independent third parties: TCG market prices from the Pokémon TCG API (TCGPlayer), and tokenized marketplace floor prices from public listing data on Collector Crypt, RIP.FUN, and Beezie. Listings denominated in cryptocurrency are converted to USD using public spot rates and are approximate. All prices are:

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, crawl, or automate requests to the platform in a way that disrupts service
Attempt to access, modify, or interfere with the platform's backend systems
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Reproduce or redistribute our data without permission

5. Affiliate and referral links

PokéPrice participates in affiliate and referral programs including the TCGPlayer Affiliate Program, the eBay Partner Network, and referral programs operated by on-chain platforms such as Collector Crypt, RIP.FUN, and Beezie. When you click an outbound link and complete a qualifying action, we may earn a commission, referral reward, or platform-specific tokens at no extra cost to you. This does not influence the price data, card rankings, or which platforms are displayed on PokéPrice.

6. Third-party tokenized platforms

PokéPrice links to third-party platforms (including Collector Crypt, RIP.FUN, and Beezie) that offer tokenized Pokémon cards on public blockchains (e.g. Solana, Base). These platforms are operated independently of PokéPrice. We do not custody cards, do not process transactions, and do not verify the custody, authentication, or insurance claims of any linked platform.

Any transaction you conduct on a tokenized platform is between you and that platform. You are solely responsible for understanding its terms, fees, redemption process, wallet security, and the risks of on-chain trading. PokéPrice is not liable for any loss resulting from interactions with third-party platforms, smart contract failures, lost wallet access, or regulatory changes. 7. Intellectual property

Pokémon, Pokémon TCG, and all related names, characters, and imagery are trademarks of Nintendo, Game Freak, and The Pokémon Company. PokéPrice is an independent fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokémon Company.

Card images are sourced via the Pokémon TCG API and remain the property of their respective copyright holders.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokéPrice and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform, including but not limited to financial losses resulting from reliance on price data.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.

10. Changes to these terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
